就有關香港國際機場提供機場快遞服務的資料需求（COUR/RFI/2024）。機場管理局（「該局」）負責香港國際機場的管理、營運及維護。該局現正計劃發牌予一家服務提供者，以在香港國際機場提供機場快遞服務（「服務」）。該局謹此邀請任何有興趣的單位或回應者就此資料需求（RFI）表達意向並提交回應。有興趣的回應者如欲表達意向，須將其公司名稱及地址，連同聯絡人的姓名、職位及電郵地址（以公司信紙格式），電郵至 PASSENGERSERVICES@hkairport.com。回應者一經提供上述公司及聯絡資料，並作出保密承諾後，即可透過電郵收取RFI文件。回應者須遵守RFI文件中說明的指示，並於2024年3月7日下午12:00（香港本地時間）或之前將所需資料電郵至上述地址。本RFI邀請及所包含的任何文件或收到的回應，均不構成或成為與該局任何合約的一部分。所有因回應本邀請而產生或與之相關的費用及開支，包括回應的準備及/或提交，均由回應者自行承擔，且不得向該局追討。

Request for Information Request for Information for the Provision of Airport Courier Services at the Hong Kong International Airport (COUR/RFI/2024) Airport Authority (“the Authority”) is responsible for the management, operation and maintenance of Hong Kong International Airport. The Authority is currently planning to license a service provider for the provision of Airport Courier Services (“Services”) at the Hong Kong International Airport. The Authority hereby invites any interested party or Respondent in this Request for Information (RFI) to express its interest by submitting response. Interested respondent who wishes to express its interest should forward its company name and address, together with the name, position and e-mail address of its contact person on company letterhead by e-mail to PASSENGERSERVICES@hkairport.com. Respondent may, upon presentation of the aforesaid company and contact information and confidentiality undertaking, receive the RFI documents by email. Respondent in response to the invitation shall comply with the instructions set out in the RFI documents and submit the required information to email address mentioned above no later than 12:00pm on 7 March 2024 (Hong Kong local time). Neither this Invitation for RFI nor any document contained / response received will constitute or form part of any Contract with the Authority. All costs and expenses incurred for or in connection with any response to this invitation, including the preparation and/or submission of the response, shall be entirely the sole responsibility of the Respondent without recourse to the Authority.
