機場管理局謹此邀請具備相關經驗及能力的機構，就香港國際機場企業制服供應及交付框架協議遞交投標。
合約期為兩年，可選擇續期最多一年。

Invitation to Tender Tender for Framework Agreement for the Supply and Delivery of Corporate Uniform at the Hong Kong International Airport (PRO/T512/23/TC) The Airport Authority Hong Kong (“the Authority”) is responsible for the management, operation and maintenance of Hong Kong International Airport (“the Airport”). The Authority hereby invites tenders from interested organizations with proven experience and capability for Framework Agreement for the Supply and Delivery of Corporate Uniform at the Hong Kong International Airport. The Contract Term is two years with an option to extend for a maximum of 1 year. Details of the invitation are spelled out in the Tender Document. The Tender Document, including the Invitation to Tender, is available for downloading at our ePROS Website. Applicants who wish to tender for the above contract should log onto our ePROS Website which can be found here http://epros.hkairport.com to download the Tender Document. You can only download the Tender Document via our ePROS Website if you hold a Registered Account. Please go to the Authority’s ePROS Website to find out how you can register and apply for a Registered Account. A Tender Briefing is scheduled for 2:30 p.m. – 4:00 p.m., on 8 September 2023 at Room 3A, 3/F, HKIA Tower 1. Interested applicants are required to register via our ePROS Website on or before 7 September 2023. Tenders in response to the invitation must be in compliance with the requirements set out in the Tender Document and be submitted via our ePROS Website as per the instructions set out in the Tender Document and our ePROS Website Terms of Use which can be found here http://epros.hkairport.com, no later than 4:30 p.m. on 7 November 2023 (Hong Kong time). All costs and expenses incurred for or in connection with any response to this invitation, including the preparation and/ or submission of the tender, shall be entirely the responsibility of the applicants without recourse to the Authority. The Authority is not bound to accept the lowest tender or any tender and reserves the right to negotiate with any Tenderer.
