Suppliers who are interested in bidding for the below CUHK’s tenders without a CUPro account may email the following information to the contact person of the corresponding tender invitation to create a CUPro account to obtain further information in CUPro: – Company Name – Email address – Telephone no. – Business Registration (BR) copy Tender Invitation – View Details Tender Information Ref︰T-20260113 Subject︰Off-site document storage service for clinical research Issue Date︰2026/04/10 (Fri) HKT (GMT+08:00) Closing Date︰2026/04/28 (Tue) 14:30 HKT (GMT+08:00) Details︰ For the submission of this RFQ/tender, suppliers should submit the signed “Confirmation Letter for Compliance with Anti-Collusion Clause and Safeguarding National Security Clause in Request For Quotation/Tender”, price and required documents through CUPro. Submissions other than through CUPro are not acceptable. Submission should be completed before the closing time. Late submission will not be considered. For quotation submission, there is a user’s manual under “Support” section after logging into CUPro. Suppliers are NOT allowed to submit RFQ/tender through “Query”. Otherwise, such submission will be ignored.
