Tender Notice Enhancement and Maintenance of the Diploma Yi Jin Web-based Application System Diploma Yi Jin (DYJ) programme is an alternative pathway for Secondary Six school leavers as well as adult learners aged 21 or above to obtain a formal qualification for employment and further study. DYJ consists of five common core courses and three institution-specific elective courses. A wide array of elective courses, which is mainly of practical nature, is offered to cater for different interests and aptitudes of students. Tenders are invited for Enhancement and Maintenance of the Diploma Yi Jin Web-based Application System (2021/2022 and 2022/2023). The contractor is required to provide System Enhancement, System Maintenance and Support Services of the System. Collection of Tender Documents: Tender Documents will be provided during Tending Briefing for registered Tenderers only. Tender Briefing: A tender briefing is scheduled for 10 June 2020. Interested Tenderers are required to register on or before 9 June 2020 (12:00 noon) by email yulam@fste.edu.hk with company name, address, telephone number, name(s) and position of contact person and contact email address(es). Submission of Tenders: Tender submissions must be delivered to FSTE, Unit 1401, 14/F, Yue Hwa International Building, 1 Kowloon Park Drive, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, at or before 12:00 noon on 13 July 2020 (Hong Kong time). ELECTRONIC SUBMISSION AND LATE SUBMISSION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Remarks: All costs and expenses incurred for or in connection with any response to this Invitation to Tender, including the preparation and/or submission of the Tenders, shall be entirely the responsibility of the interested Tenderers.
