Notice Inviting Tender Enhancement and Maintenance of the Diploma Yi Jin Web-based Application System Diploma Yi Jin (DYJ) programme is an alternative pathway for Secondary 6 school leavers as well as adult learners aged 21 or above to obtain a formal qualification for employment and further study. DYJ is recognised under the Qualifications Framework as meeting the accreditation standards at Qualifications Framework Level 3. Its exit qualification is comparable to the attainment of Level 2 standard in five subjects including Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination. DYJ programme consists of five common core courses and three elective courses. A wide array of elective courses is offered to cater for different interests and aptitudes of students. Tenders are invited for Enhancement and Maintenance of the Diploma Yi Jin Web-based Application System from 2017-2019. The contractor is required to provide enhancement, maintenance and support services of the system.
