Enhancement and Maintenance of the Yi Jin Diploma Web-based Application System Yi Jin Diploma (YJD) programme is an alternative pathway for Secondary 6 school leavers as well as adult learners aged 21 or above to obtain a formal qualification for employment and further study. YJD is recognised under the Qualifications Framework as meeting the accreditation standards at Qualifications Framework Level 3. Its exit qualification is comparable to the attainment of Level 2 standard in five subjects including Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination. YJD consists of five common core courses and three institution-specific elective courses. A wide array of elective courses is offered to cater for different interests and aptitudes of students. Tenders are invited for Enhancement and Maintenance of the Yi Jin Diploma Web-based Application System from 2015-2017. The contractor is required to provide System enhancement, System Maintenance and Support services of the system.
